Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, September 15, 2014

Hello everybody thank you for checking in today for the closing heats and ceremony of the ASSUR Final.  Bad wind turned offshore today for excellent conidtions and exciting competition.

The final of the Mens Open begining with a nice drop.  Here is Jackson Obando.

The biggest wave of the day.

The waves were calling and the surfers responded with turns like this.

The waves were heavy, bigger, badder, and better than yesterday.

Rex Calderon making the best of what he had to work with.

Yuber Martinez pike in the final. Everybody can see the stickers of Rancho Santana Spin when he was at the airs.

Rex Calderon a big challenge. Climbing the level of competition. Was making pressure to the other participants.

Yuber is to become one of the most radical surfer in the country.

In the next year this will be a new face in the finals. This is one of the local from Santa Marta, is Elvin (The Chocoyo) the participation in this tournament has exceptional, he compete against the best in the Under 16 category and advance to the final.
