Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, October 15, 2011

We drove back down to San Juan del Sur because we didn’t find anybody out in the whole coast up north.  We went straight out to the bay and this is what we found.  It seems like the winds were doing their thing last night because we had a couple of big boats washed on the beach.  Check out that right far away in the background coming in by itself.

Our very good friend Oliver “El Monito” Solis was out, ripping it up.  Here he is going big with a cool backside floater.

A couple of international friends were out, including a few girls.  Check out this one walking on the beach, just a few paddles from fun.

This is Jeremy “El Canadiense” Pelon picking up a nice right hander.  He drove down from Playa Maderas to surf the best spot right now with these kinds of conditions.

A few boogie boarders were out having blast.  This is Nanito Cascante smacking the top of this section on his knees.

There were some nice sized sets rolling in, and those guys were taking advantage on them.  Check out this surfer about to throw a nice spray on this left.

The last action shot of the day goes to La Bestia Calderon with a cool snap on this little nugget.  The local surfers love to surf their own home break.

That’s all for today folks.  Now we are ready to go for a ride on Codo’s Harley Davison.
