Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, November 03, 2008

Hi everybody, we are Lucha Libre and D-lite bringing you all the action from the beach today.  The waves were super fun running about chest to head high with some occasional overhead sets coming in.  The lineup was not crowded and we had a couple of locals doing their thing.  Check out what we got!!!

The lineup was commanded by the locals today.  On the first surfing shot of the day we have Rodolfo “Calibilly” Zapata with a sweet off the top on this nice left.  This guy has been surfing really well lately.

But now we have another junior to watch.  We are talking about Pedro “El Cacaste” Florez who is starting to do some aerial moves.  This kid has only been surfing for 2 years and we think he is ready to do battle against “La Bestia” to get his own title in the junior division in the upcoming contests.

As we said before the lineup was not crowded so there were many good waves that rolled all the way in to the beach with nobody on them.

“El Italiano Loco” was the only guy out at Machete Point today and had the waves to himself.  Here is a shot of him on one of the many waves that he caught.  He might need some good lasagna tonight to get some energy back because he must be drained after riding all those waves.

“El Coki” Brox decided to paddle out and scored some waves.  By the way, he was ripping all over the place.  Check him out throwing some serious tail on this right.

Here we have a shot of one of the girls that was out with us here at Maderas.  This chick was taking plenty of good waves all day long.

Norwin “El Chulin” Estrella made it out to the beach after he got some work done at his house.  That is nice for him because at the end of the day he got his reward.  Don’t you think so?

Here we have this picture of an unknown rider signing out the surf report for today.  The waves and the conditions are supposed to be the same for tomorrow so stay tuned with us.
