Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, April 07, 2012

This afternoon we made it to PLaya Maderas, hoping to scored some fun waves and we did.  Chest to shoulder high waves on the bigger sets were rolling in, the winds were nice offshore and the water was nice.  Check it out!!!

Bunch of local kids were having a blast out there. This is Jerson El Botetas Ramos about to throw the lip off the back on this left.

La Bestia Calderon was also doing his thing on the right handers.  Here he is caught with a cool vertical move!

A few international guys were out, scoring some fun ones as well.  Check out this one attacking this closed out section!

There were many nice waves coming in as you can see and here is caught this one to rpove it.  That's super fun Maderas right there!

The last shot from down south goes to this beginner who was charging in his first day out at this spot.  Good job pal!!!

This just in, Caveman Carl snapped a few cool shots from up north.  The lineup was clean and the waves were head high and super fun!

A shout out to Scott from Krew and his family Penny and Malia who are down for spring break. Nice wave homie.

This is a lesson in what not to do. You can just hear the guy on the inside grinding his teeth and saying, "C'mon man". It was mostly rights up there today, but definitely looking pretty fun. Check back with us tomorrow for a special resurrection report. Happy Easter everyone.
